My favorite healthy food is fruit salad. It is made from apples, bananas, mangoes, and grapes. Sometimes, my mother adds yogurt and honey to make it taste even better.

I like fruit salad because it is colorful, sweet, and full of vitamins. Fruits give us energy, make our skin glow, and keep our stomach healthy. Eating fruits every day helps children grow strong and active.

Unlike junk food, fruits do not harm the body. They have natural sugar, which is better than chocolates and candies. They also have fiber, which helps in digestion. Drinking water along with fruits keeps us fresh.

My parents say that eating a variety of fruits keeps away sickness. That is why I always enjoy fruit salad for breakfast or as an evening snack.

Fruit salad is my favorite healthy food because it is tasty, fresh, and good for the body. It makes me happy and healthy at the same time.
