My favorite healthy snack is carrot sticks with peanut butter. Carrots are crunchy, sweet, and full of vitamins that help my eyes stay strong. Peanut butter adds protein, which gives me energy to play and study.

I eat this snack in the afternoon when I feel hungry between meals. It keeps me full for a long time and is much better than candy or chips. I also like apples, grapes, and bananas as healthy snacks.

Healthy snacks are important because they make the body strong and help children grow taller. They also give energy for school, sports, and outdoor games. Eating junk food too often can cause stomach aches and make children feel tired.

Parents can prepare small portions of fruits, vegetables, or nuts to make snacks interesting. I enjoy eating snacks with my friends and sharing fruits with them.
