My Favorite Healthy Food

My favorite healthy food is fruit salad. It is colorful, tasty, and full of vitamins that keep me strong. I like when my mother makes fruit salad with apples, bananas, mangoes, and grapes. Sometimes she adds a little honey, which makes it even sweeter.

Fruit salad is good for children because it gives energy for playing and studying. Unlike junk food, it does not harm the body. It helps improve eyesight, makes bones stronger, and keeps the skin fresh. Eating fruits every day is better than eating too many chocolates or chips.

I enjoy fruit salad during breakfast or after playing outside. It makes me feel refreshed and active. My parents say that fruits are natural medicine because they prevent sickness. Drinking fruit juice is also healthy, but eating whole fruits is even better.

Fruit salad is not only delicious but also safe for kids. It is one of the easiest meals to prepare, and even children can help cut soft fruits with a spoon. That is why fruit salad is my favorite healthy food.
